Half top knot anyone?
We have been seeing the half up half down hairstyle everywhere this year. Here is a take on the popular half up do but with a little twist. Instead of styling the top half with a simple pony or braid, try rocking a bun instead. I would say, for the most part, it’s a hairstyle that is pretty quick to do and the difficulty level is low. The hardest part about it is probably achieving that volume that makes your hair look fuller, thicker, and healthier Now it’s up to you if you want to straighten, curl, crimp, or wave the bottom half. So what do you choose?
Products Used: Oribe Foundation Mist, and Oribe Dry (like a dry shampoo).
Tools Used: 1 inch Curling Rod wrapping the hair in large sections around the rod all in the same direction.
Accessories Used: To pin the bun, we took half the head of hair and twisted it and wrapped around and up. We used two large bobby pins to anchor and some smaller hair pins to hold.
